我公司電加熱反應釜,特別適用于無鍋爐蒸汽設施的用戶企業或科研院校單位。電加熱的形式又可分為靜態間接加熱式、動態循環間接加熱式和直接加熱式三種方式。靜態加熱式為電加熱管靜置安裝在夾層內,通過充填在夾層內的導熱油或水受罐內物料受熱。動態循環間接加熱式為通過循環泵使供熱系統內的導熱油或熱水循環通過夾層或盤管,形式閉路循環系統,此種方式加熱效率較好。直接加熱式為電熱管直接與物料接觸進行加熱。
合肥小牛輕機反應釜設備主要由罐體、夾套、保溫層、攪拌系統、支座五大部分組成。與物料接觸部分均采用304或316L或SUS321等優質不銹鋼制造,內表面鏡面拋光處理,可在線CIP清洗,符合衛生規范要求。夾套部分按工藝需要可設計采用不銹鋼(SUS304)或碳鋼(Q235-B)制作。廣泛應用于香精、食品、化工、醫藥、涂料、農藥、油漆等行業生產中的反應、蒸發、合成、聚合等工藝過程。

WR系列裝配式熱電偶: 概述 工業用裝配式熱電偶作為一種溫度傳感器,通常和顯示儀表,記錄儀表和電子調節器配套使用。裝配式熱電偶可以直接測量各種生產中從0℃到1800℃范圍的液體蒸汽和氣體介質以及固體的表面溫度。 根據國家規定,我公司生產符合IEC國際標準分度號的鉑銠 30-鉑銠6、鉑銠10-鉑、鎳鉻-鎳硅、鎳鉻-康銅等等的裝配式熱電偶。 裝配熱電偶通常由感溫元件、安裝固定裝置和接線盒等主要部件組成。 測量范圍及允許誤差范圍

熱電偶公稱壓力:一般是指在工作溫度下保護管所能承受的靜態外壓而破裂。 熱電偶最小插入深度:應不小于其保護套管外徑的8-10倍(特列產品例外) 絕緣電阻:當周圍空氣溫度為15-35℃,相對濕度<80%時絕緣電阻≥5兆歐(電壓100V)。具有防濺式接線盒的熱電偶,當相對溫度為93± 3℃ 時,絕緣電阻≥0.5兆歐(電壓100V) 高溫下的絕緣電阻:熱電偶在高溫下,其熱電極(包括雙支式)與保護管以及雙支熱電極之間的絕緣電阻(按每米計)應大于下表規定的值。
