3.2.2 將支足7的錐尖壓入瓦楞紙板內定位。
3.2.3 將旋柄1壓下，使刀片6剛好與瓦楞紙板接觸，順時針方向旋動旋柄，旋動時逐漸向下加力，直至切下試樣。
3.2.4 取出試樣備用。
3.3 刀片的更換與調整
3.3.1 松開螺釘5，取下刀片，換裝新刀片并旋緊螺釘。
3.3.2 斜向調整刀片位置，可改變刀片的切入深度。
3.4 注意事項
3.4.1 切樣時，刀片運動軌跡應為螺旋向下，逐漸切入試樣，不得直接用手將切刀壓入試樣。
3.4.2 使用一段時間后，應更換刀片。
4 維護保養
