1、概述
XSN系列智能計數器與各類脈沖信號的傳感器配合,用于數量、長度、位移的記錄、測量、變換、顯示、傳送和控制。

3、技術規格
3.1 基本技術規格

4、安裝與接線
為確保安全,接線必須在斷電后進行。
交流供電的儀表,其 端是電源濾波器的公共端,有高壓, 只能接大地,禁止與儀表其它端子接在一起。
本說明書給出的為基本接線圖,受端子數量的限制,當儀表功能與基本接線圖沖突時,接線圖以隨機說明為準。
4 傳感器與儀表的接線說明(分2種類型):
① TTL等電壓脈沖直接接儀表輸入的“+”,“-”端
② 單相NPN,PNP、OC門型電壓脈沖傳感器
③ 單相2線制4mA~20mA電流脈沖傳感器
④ 雙相輸入
4 外部控制信號接線:
① 用無源開關控制時,閉合
② 用電壓控制時,Co端接控制電壓的“-”,控制電壓的“+”接相應功能的外部控制信號端,控制電流應>4mA,電壓高于4V時,低于1V時無效,電壓不能大于12V

5、參數一覽表
該表列出了儀表的基本參數和與選配件相關的參數,與選配件相關的參數只有該臺儀表有相應的選配件時才會出現。
“說明”一欄是該參數在本說明書的章節。
“地址” 一欄是計算機讀或設置該參數時的地址。無通信功能的儀表與此無關。
“取值范圍”一欄是該參數的設置范圍以及用符號表示的參數內容與數值的關系。無通信功能的儀表與此無關。

6.1 面板及按鍵說明(以外型為A的儀表為例)

6.2 參數設置說明
儀表的參數被分為若干組,每個參數所在的組在第5章《參數一覽表》中列出。
第2組及以后的參數受密碼控制,未設置密碼時不能進入。
第1組參數是否受密碼控制可以通過設置 參數選擇。 設置為OFF時,不受密碼控制;設置為ON時,若未設置密碼,雖然可以進入、修改,但不能存入。
進入設置狀態后,若1分鐘以上不進行按鍵操作,儀表將自動退出設置狀態。
6.3 預置輸出設定值的設置方法
預置輸出設定值在第1組參數,無預置輸出功能的儀表沒有該組參數。
① 按住設置鍵 2秒以上不松開,進入設置狀態,儀表顯示第1個參數的符號
② 按 鍵可以順序選擇本組其它參數
③ 按 鍵調出當前參數的原設定值,閃爍位為修正位
④ 通過 鍵移動修改位, 鍵增值、 鍵減值,將參數修改為需要的值
⑤ 按 鍵存入修改好的參數,并轉到下一參數。若為本組1個參數,則按 鍵后將退出設置狀態
重復② ~ ⑤步,可設置本組的其它參數。
★ 如果修改后的參數不能存入,是因為 參數被設置為ON,使本組參數受密碼控制,應先設置密碼。
6.4 密碼設置方法
當儀表處于測量狀態或第1組參數符號顯示狀態時,可進行密碼設置。
① 按住設置鍵 不松開,直到顯示
② 按 鍵進入修改狀態,在 , , 鍵的配合下將其修改為01111
③ 按 鍵,密碼設置完成
★ 密碼在儀表上電時或1分鐘以上無按鍵操作時,將自動清零。
6.5 其它參數的設置方法
① 首先按6.4的方法設置密碼
② 第2組參數因為是密碼參數所在組,密碼設置完成后,按 鍵可選擇本組的各參數
③ 其它組的參數,通過按住設置鍵 不松開,順序進入各參數組,儀表顯示該組第1個參數的符號
④ 進入需要設置的參數所在組后,按 鍵順序循環選擇本組需設置的參數
⑤ 按 鍵調出當前參數的原設定值,閃爍位為修改位
⑥ 通過 鍵移動修改位, 鍵增值, 鍵減值,將參數修改為需要的值
★ 以符號形式表示參數值的參數,在修改時,閃爍位應處于末位。
⑦ 按 鍵存入修改好的參數,并轉到下一參數
重復④ ~ ⑦步,可設置本組的其它參數。
退出設置 :在顯示參數符號時,按住設置鍵 不松開,直到退出參數的設置狀態。
7、功能及相應參數說明
7.1 計數及顯示
7.1.1 計數
儀表每接收1個脈沖信號進行1次計數。計數值與下述參數相關:
4 (iALo)—— 計數方式選擇,設置范圍0—3
設置為0時:加計數
設置為1時:減計數
設置為2時:由外部控制開關確定加或減計數
外部控制開關斷開時為加計數,
外部控制開關閉合時為減計數
設置為3時:儀表為雙相正交脈沖輸入,自動識別加/減計數
~ 輸入類型為2的儀表只能設置為3。
4 (Fi-d)—— 計數比率的小數點位置選擇
設置為0.0000時,計數比率的范圍為0.0001~4.5000
設置為00.000時,計數比率的范圍為0.001~45.000
計數比率方式為C1的儀表,為單計數比率,以 參數為計數比率,計數比率方式為C2的儀表與該參數無關
4 (Fi)—— 計數比率。可設置范圍為0.001~45.000需要與 參數配合
4 (in-d)—— 計數顯示值的小數點位置選擇
例:用于測量長度,每個脈沖代表的長度為0.5231m ,要求儀表顯示末位為1 m,則設置 = 0.0000, = 0.5231, = 00000.若要求顯示末位為0.1m,則設置 = 00.000, = 05.231, = 0000.0
計數比率方式為C2的儀表為多計數比率,根據當前計數值確定計數比率,可以設置8個不同的計數比率。
當計數值在0 ~ L2的范圍內,自動按Fi1設置的計數比率
在L2 ~ L3的范圍內,自動按Fi2設置的計數比率
在L3 ~ L4的范圍內,自動按Fi3設置的計數比率
在L4 ~ L5的范圍內,自動按Fi4設置的計數比率
在L5 ~ L6的范圍內,自動按Fi5設置的計數比率
在L6 ~ L7的范圍內,自動按Fi6設置的計數比率
在L7 ~ L8的范圍內,自動按Fi7設置的計數比率

現場設置時,首先計算出每層的計數比率,并順序設置到 ~ 參數內,有幾層設置幾個參數,多余的可以不設置。分界點先全部設到45000,即儀表的最大顯示值,在放纜的過程中,每到一層結束時,記下儀表顯示值,并設置到 ~ 的分界點參數中。
本例計數顯示值的小數點位置 參數,應選擇為0000.0。
7.1.2 清零
計數起始值:
顯示形式為S型和Y型的儀表起始值為5位,通過 參數設置
顯示形式為L型的儀表,起始值為7位,需通過 、 參數分別設置高位和低位
清零:
是指將儀表的計數值置為計數起始值,當計數起始值為0時,才能將計數值清為0
4 (Lo)—— 計數起始值,出廠設置為0
4 (LoH)—— 計數起始值高位,出廠設置為0
4 (LoL)—— 計數起始值低位,出廠設置為0
有3種方式將計數值清零:
① 通過面板操作
在計數值顯示狀態,按 鍵1秒以上不松開,將計數值清零,該操作受 參數限制。
4 (AcLr)—— 手動清零許可選擇
設置為OFF時:面板手動清零被禁止;
設置為ON時:面板手動清零。
② 由外部控制清零信號清零
有外部控制清零功能的儀表,當外部控制閉合時,將計數值清零,該操作受 參數限制。
4 (YcLr)—— 外部控制清零許可選擇
設置為OFF時:外部控制清零被禁止;
設置為ON時:外部控制清零。
③ 通過通信接口由計算機清零
使用設置參數命令,向儀表的 參數設置數值02222后,計數值清零。
④ 到預置點時自動清零,詳見7.2
7.1.3 顯示鎖定
有外部控制顯示鎖定功能的儀表,當外部控制閉合時,顯示被鎖定,斷開時恢復正常計數顯示,顯示被鎖定期間,內部計數和預置輸出正常進行,不丟失數據。該功能受 參數限制。
4 (dEn)—— 顯示鎖定許可選擇
設置為OFF時:外部控制顯示鎖定被禁止;
設置為ON時:外部控制顯示鎖定。
7.1.4 輸入類型為D的儀表
輸入類型為D的儀表專用于10Hz以下的低速計數,通過設置信號時間常數 ,可防止信號抖動造成誤計數。
4 輸入類型為D的儀表接線方法
① NPN型傳感器
② PNP型傳感器
③ 機械無壓開關
4 參數設置
每次信號從無效變為時,啟動信號時間計時,在設定的 時間期間信號始終則計數,否則不計數。 的單位為2ms,例如設置為10則表示20ms。

★ 該參數的設定值設置為信號時間寬度的1/2,以避免丟數。輸入類型為1和2的儀表沒有這個參數。
7.2 預置輸出
該功能為選擇功能。
儀表可配置2點預置輸出。
預置輸出的功能與預置輸出方式,預置點設定值,預置輸出延時,自動清零選擇這4個參數相關。
預置輸出方式:
4 (PALo)—— 預置輸出的方式選擇
設置為0時:計數值每次越過預置點時,輸出動作。加計數時,當計數值增加到預置點時,輸出動作。減計數時,計數值減小到預置點時輸出動作。
設置為1時:計數值小于第1預置點時,第1預置點輸出動作,大于第2預置點時,第2預置點輸出動作,在第1預置點和第2預置點之間時均不動作。
預置點設定值:顯示形式為S型和Y型的儀表,預置點設定值為5位。
4 (P1)—— 第1預置點設定值

預置輸出延時:

自動清零:
僅對 為0時,預置輸出動作時,將計數值自動清零。

7.3 變送輸出
該功能為選擇功能,并且只有顯示方式為S型和Y型儀表可具備該功能。
變送輸出有3個參數:

選擇為 時:輸出為4mA -20mA(或1 V -5V)
時:輸出為0mA -10mA
時:輸出為0mA -20mA(或0 V -5V)
4 (bA-L)—— 變送輸出下限設定
4 (bA-H)—— 變送輸出上限設定
有通信功能的儀表,當 參數選擇為ON時,儀表不進行變送輸出處理。
7.4 通信接口
與通信功能相關的參數有5個:
4 (Add)—— 儀表通信地址。設置范圍0-99。出廠設置 為1
4 (bAud)—— 通信速率選擇?蛇x擇2400,4800,9600, 19200 四種
4 (cclr)—— 通信清零。設置數值02222后,計數值清零
4 (ctd)—— 預置輸出控制權選擇
選擇為OFF時,儀表按預置輸出功能控制。選擇為ON時,控制權轉移到計算機,預置輸出直接由計算機發出的開關量輸出命令控制。
4 (ctA)—— 變送輸出控制權選擇
選擇為OFF時,儀表按變送輸出功能輸出。選擇為ON時,控制權轉移到計算機,變送輸出直接由計算機發出的模擬量輸出命令控制。
有關的通信命令及協議詳見《2002版通信協議》,與XSN系列儀表相關的命令如下:

7.5 打印接口及打印單元
儀表配接RS232接口的打印單元,打印單元的通信速率被設置為9600。
同時具備通信接口和打印接口的儀表,第2通信口用于打印,內部已將通信速率固定為9600,不需要設置。僅有打印接口的儀表,第1通信口用于打印,需通過 參數將通信速率選擇為9600。
與打印接口相關的參數:
4 (bAud)—— 通信速率選擇。必須選擇為9600
4 (unit)—— 測量值的工程量單位選擇
可選擇6種,若需要的單位不在其中,請在訂貨時注明。

電磁閥工作原理:
AIRTAC電磁閥從原理上分為三大類:
(1)直動式電磁閥:原理:通電時,電磁線圈產生電磁力把關閉件從閥座上提起,閥門打開;斷電時,電磁力消失,彈簧把關閉件壓在閥座上,閥門關閉。特點:在真空、負壓、零壓時能正常工作,但通徑一般不超過25mm。
(2)分步直動式電磁閥:原理:它是一種直動和先導式相結合的原理,當入口與出口沒有壓差時,通電后,電磁力直接把先導小閥和主閥關閉件依次向上提起,閥門打開。當入口與出口達到啟動壓差時,通電后,電磁力先導小閥,主閥下腔壓力上升,上腔壓力下降,從而利用壓差把主閥向上推開;斷電時,先導閥利用彈簧力或介質壓力推動關閉件,向下移動,使閥門關閉。特點:在零壓差或真空、高壓時亦能可*動作,但功率較大,要求必須水平安裝。
(3)先導式電磁閥:原理:通電時,電磁力把先導孔打開,上腔室壓力迅速下降,在關閉件周圍形成上低下高的壓差,流體壓力推動關閉件向上移動,閥門打開;斷電時,彈簧力把先導孔關閉,入口壓力通過旁通孔迅速腔室在關閥件周圍形成下低上高的壓差,流體壓力推動關閉件向下移動,關閉閥門。特點:流體壓力范圍上限較高,可任意安裝(需定制)但必須滿足流體壓差條件。2.電磁閥從閥結構和材料上的不同與原理上的區別,分為六個分支小類:直動膜片結構、分步直動膜片結構、先導膜片結構、直動活塞結構、分步直動活塞結構、先導活塞結構。
AIRTAC電磁閥的主要特點: (1)外漏堵絕,內漏易控,使用安全。內外泄漏是危及安全的要素。其它自控閥通常將閥桿伸出,由電動、氣動、液動執行機構控制閥芯的轉動或移動。這都要解決長期動作閥桿動密封的外泄漏難題;唯有電磁閥是用電磁力作用于密封在電動調節閥隔磁套管內的鐵芯完成,不存在動密封,所以外漏易堵絕。電動閥力矩控制不易,容易產生內漏,甚至拉斷閥桿頭部;電磁閥的結構型式容易控制內泄漏,直至降為零。所以,電磁閥使用特別安全,尤其適用于腐蝕性、有毒或高低溫的介質。 (2)系統簡單,便接電腦,價格低謙。電磁閥本身結構簡單,價格也低,比起調節閥等其它種類執行器易于安裝維護。更顯著的是所組成的自控系統簡單得多,價格要低得多。由于電磁閥是開關信號控制,與工控計算機連接十分方便。在當今電腦普及,價格大幅下降的時代,電磁閥的優勢就更加明顯。
(3)動作快遞,功率微小,外形輕巧。電磁閥響應時間可以短至幾個毫秒,即使是先導式電磁閥也可以控制在幾十毫秒內。由于自成回路,比之其它自控閥反應更靈敏。設計得當的電磁閥線圈功率消耗很低,屬節能產品;還可做到只需觸發動作,自動保持閥位,平時一點也不耗電。電磁閥外形尺寸小,既節省空間,又輕巧美觀。 (4)調節精度受限,適用介質受限。電磁閥通常只有開關兩種狀態,閥芯只能處于兩個極限位置,不能連續調節,(力圖突破的新構思不少,但還都處于試驗試用階段)所以調節精度還受到一定限制。電磁閥對介質潔凈度有較高要求,含顆粒狀的介質不能適用,如屬雜質須先濾去。另外,粘稠狀介質不能適用,而且,特定的產品適用的介質粘度范圍相對較窄。
(5)型號多樣,用途廣泛。電磁閥雖有先天不足,優點仍十分突出,所以就設 1[1]計成多種多樣的產品,滿足各種不同的需求,用途極為廣泛。電磁閥技術的進步也都是圍繞著如何克服先天不足,如何更好地發揮固有優勢而展開。AIRTAC電磁閥是用來控制流體方向的自動化基礎元件,屬于執行器;通常用于機械控制和工業閥門上面,對介質方向進行控制,從而達到對閥門開關的控制。工作原理電磁閥里有密閉的腔,在不同位置開有通孔,每個孔都通向不同的油管,腔中間是閥,兩面是兩塊電磁鐵,哪面的磁鐵線圈通電閥體就會被吸引到哪邊,通過控制閥體的移動來擋住或漏出不同的排油的孔,而進油孔是常開的,液壓油就會進入不同的排油管,然后通過油的壓力來推動油缸的活塞,活塞又帶動活塞桿,活塞桿帶動機械裝置動。這樣通過控制電磁鐵的電流通斷就控制了機械運動。

檢測原理
試劑盒采用雙抗體一步夾心法酶聯免疫吸附試驗(ELISA)。往預先包被大鼠阿立新A(OrexinA)捕獲抗體的包被微孔中,依次加入標本、標準品、HRP標記的檢測抗體,經過溫育并洗滌。用底物TMB顯色,TMB在過氧化物酶的催化下轉化成藍色,并在酸的作用下轉化成最終的黃色。顏色的深淺和樣品中的大鼠阿立新A(OrexinA)呈正相關。用酶標儀在450nm 波長下測定吸光度(OD 值),計算樣品濃度。
樣品收集、處理及保存方法
1. 血清:使用不含熱原和內毒素的試管,操作過程中避免任何細胞刺激,收集血液后,3000轉離心10分鐘將血清和紅細胞迅速小心地分離。
2. 血漿:EDTA、檸檬酸鹽或肝素抗凝。3000轉離心30分鐘取上清。
3. 細胞上清液:3000轉離心10分鐘去除顆粒和聚合物。
4. 組織勻漿:將組織加入適量生理鹽水搗碎。3000轉離心10分鐘取上清。
5. 保存:如果樣本收集后不及時檢測,請按一次用量分裝,凍存于-20℃,避免反復凍融,在室溫下解凍并確保樣品均勻地充分解凍。

操作注意事項
1. 試劑盒保存在2-8℃,使用前室溫平衡20分鐘。從冰箱取出的濃縮洗滌液會有結晶,這屬于正,F象,水浴加熱使結晶溶解后再使用。
2. 實驗中不用的板條應立即放回自封袋中,密封(低溫干燥)保存。
3. 標準品稀釋液即可視為陰性對照或者空白;預處理后的樣本無需稀釋,直接取10μL加樣即可。
4. 嚴格按照說明書中標明的時間、加液量及順序進行溫育操作。
5. 所有液體組分使用前充分搖勻。

試劑的準備
20×洗滌緩沖液的稀釋:蒸餾水按1:20稀釋,即1份的20×洗滌緩沖液加19份的蒸餾水。
洗板方法
1. 手工洗板:甩盡孔內液體,每孔加滿洗滌液,靜置1min后甩盡孔內液體,在吸水紙上拍干,如此洗板5次。
2. 自動洗板機:每孔注入洗液350μL,浸泡1min,洗板5次。
操作步驟
1. 從室溫平衡20min后的鋁箔袋中取出所需板條,剩余板條用自封袋密封放回4℃。
2. 設置標準品孔和樣本孔,標準品孔各加不同濃度的標準品50μL;
3. 待測樣本孔先加待測樣本10μL,再加樣本稀釋液40μL;
4. 隨后標準品孔和樣本孔中每孔加入辣根過氧化物酶(HRP)標記的檢測抗體100μL,用封板膜封住反應孔,37℃水浴鍋或恒溫箱溫育60min。
5. 棄去液體,吸水紙上拍干,每孔加滿洗滌液,靜置1min,甩去洗滌液,吸水紙上拍干,如此重復洗板5次(也可用洗板機洗板)。
6. 每孔加入底物A、B各50μL,37℃避光孵育15min。
7. 每孔加入終止液50μL,15min內,在450nm波長處測定各孔的OD值。
結果判斷
繪制標準曲線:在Excel工作表中,以標準品濃度作橫坐標,對應OD值作縱坐標,繪制出標準品線性回歸曲線,按曲線方程計算各樣本濃度值。
試劑盒性能
1. 性:標準品線性回歸與預期濃度相關系數R值,大于等于0.9900。
2. 靈敏度:檢測濃度小于10 pg/mL。
3. 特異性:不與其它可溶性結構類似物交叉反應。
4. 重復性:板內、板間變異系數均小于15%。

Intended use
This OrexinA ELISA kit is intended Laboratory for Research use only and is not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. The Stop Solution changes the color from blue to yellow and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm using a spectrophotometer. In order to measure the concentration of OrexinA in the sample, this OrexinA ELISA Kit includes a set of calibration standards. The calibration standards are assayed at the same time as the samples and allow the operator to produce a standard curve of Optical Density versus OrexinA concentration. The concentration of OrexinA in the samples is then determined by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
Sample collection and storages
Serum - Use a serum separator tube and allow samples to clot for 30 minutes before centrifugation for 10 minutes at approximately 3000×g. Remove serum and assay immediately or aliquot and store samples at -20℃ or -80℃.Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles
Plasma - Collect plasma using EDTA or heparin as an anticoagulant. Centrifuge samples for 30 minutes at 3000×g at 2-8℃ within 30 minutes of collection. Store samples at -20℃or -80℃. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Cell culture supernates and other biological fluids - Remove particulates by centrifugation and assay immediately or aliquot and store samples at -20℃or -80℃. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Note: The samples shoule be centrifugated dequately and no hemolysis or granule was allowed.

Precautions
1. Do not substitute reagents from one kit to another. Standard, conjugate and microplates are matched for optimal performance. Use only the reagents supplied by manufacturer.
2. Do not remove microplate from the storage bag until needed. Unused strips should be stored at 2-8°C in their pouch with the desiccant provided.
3. Mix all reagents before using.
Remove all kit reagents from refrigerator and allow them to reach room temperature ( 20-25°C)

Reagent preparation
Assay procedure
1. Prepare all reagents before starting assay procedure. It is recommended that all Standards and Samples be added in duplicate to the Microelisa Stripplate.
2. Add standard: Set Standard wells, testing sample wells. Add standard 50μl to standard well.
3. Add Sample: Add testing sample 10μl Then add sample diluent 40μl to testing sample well; Blank well doesn’t add anyting.
4. Add 100μl of HRP-conjugate reagent to each well, cover with an adhesive strip and incubate for 60 minutes at 37°C.
5. Aspirate each well and wash, repeating the process four times for a total of five washes. Wash by filling each well with Wash Solution (400μl) using a squirt bottle, manifold dispenser or autowasher. Complete removal of liquid at each step is essential to good performance. After the last wash, remove any remaining Wash Solution by aspirating or decanting. Invert the plate and blot it against clean paper towels.
6. Add chromogen solution A 50μl and chromogen solution B 50μl to each well. Gently mix and incubate for 15 minutes at 37°C. Protect from light.
7. Add 50μl Stop Solution to each well. The color in the wells should change from blue to yellow. If the color in the wells is green or the color change does not
appear uniform, gently tap the plate to ensure thorough mixing.
8. Read the Optical Density (O.D.) at 450 nm using a microtiter plate reader within 15 minutes.
Calculation of results
1. This standard curve is used to determine the amount in an unknown sample. The standard curve is generated by plotting the average O.D. (450 nm) obtained for each of the six standard concentrations on the vertical (Y) axis versus the corresponding concentration on the horizontal (X) axis.
2. First, calculate the mean O.D. value for each standard and sample. All O.D. values, are subtracted by the mean value of the zero standard before result interpretation. Construct the standard curve using graph paper or statistical software.
3. To determine the amount in each sample, first locate the O.D. value on the Y-axis and extend a horizontal line to the standard curve. At the point of intersection, draw a vertical line to the X-axis and read the corresponding concentration.
4. Any variation in operator, pipetting and washing technique, incubation time or temperature, and kit age can cause variation in result. Each user should obtain their own standard curve.
5. The sensitivity by this assay is 10 pg/mL.
